Manage the subscription

The Manage dropdown menu on the top right hand corner of the subscription page allows the customer to make all last-minute changes to their subscriptions.

The Manage button allows you to make any last minute changes within the subscription. Here you can make changes to the following:-

• Subscription Name

• Change Quantity

• Change Billing Frequency

• Manage Add-ons

• Change Plan

• Unsubscribe

All changes against a subscription can be made here, however these changes cannot be made on the day that a subscription has been created. Also, only one change against a subscription can be made in a day. Changes against a subscription cannot be made on the day of invoice generation or incase the payment against the invoice for that particular subscription is in the pending state or in case any previous order is in the pending state. Also, all changes against a subscription is blocked incase of any invoice generation in the pending state.

Change subscription name

In case you want to change the existing name of your subscription, you can do it here. Enter the new name and save it.

Change Quantity

This feature is applicable only to quantity based plans and hence will be visible only for subscriptions with such plans.

This feature allows you to increase and decrease the quantity of the resources associated with the plan and this new change in quantity can be made effective either immediately or from the next billing cycle. This new change can be saved and it will be reflected in the resource section.

Change Billing Frequency

Billing frequencies can be changed only if the plan has alternative frequencies. Also, in case the addons available to the original billing frequency is not available to the new one, then these addons will not be available or transferred to the new billing frequency.

Manage Add-ons

Here, you can either remove or add the addons associated with that particular product. Only those addons that are associated with the product can be added to the subscription. A particular addon cannot be added twice to the subscription. Also, only those addons that match with the subscription’s billing cycle can be added to the subscription.

Change Plan

In case you want to update to a plan that offers better pricing and offers better resources you can do so by using this option.

Here, a number of alternative plans will be available to you and you can choose the one that suits your interest. However, the billing frequency of your current plan should match the plan to which you would like to change to only then will the change plan option will work out.

Click on the Subscribe Now button to finally own this plan or change to this new plan.

Unsubscribe

Do you want to unsubscribe from your current plan from whatsoever reasons. You can do so using the Unsubscribe button. Once unsubscribed, the customer can no longer use that subscription however it will be available for viewing. You will no longer be invoiced for this subscription.
