Attributes

Characteristics, features, or components that define and shape a subscription.

These are certain characteristics that can be added to the subscription. They are usually inherited from the product and can be added after subscription or while subscribing. They can be created against a product as mandatory or non-mandatory flags.

In case of mandatory, the customer has to manually fill-in the values while subscribing to a plan. In case of non-mandatory, the customer choice is the primary concern and the subscription can be carried on without filling the attribute values.

The same attribute cannot be added twice to a product and only the product inherited attributes can be added against a product.

Adding a new attribute

• All the attributes added to the product will be listed here

• Click +New Attribute.

• The Add Attribute flyout will be displayed.

• Choose the desired attribute from the drop down list

• Give it a value and save

• The newly added attribute will now be listed in this section.
