History (Subscription History)

All changes or activities made against a subscription will be recorded in this section along with the time and date on which this change happened.

All the recordings and backlogs will be listed as Credits, Orders and Notification Logs.

If more than 5 entries are listed in any of the following sections, the user can use the MORE button to view the entire history in a separate window.

Credits

All credits issued to the customer against a subscription by the merchant will be displayed here. Any credit generated as a part of subscription changes too will be displayed here. When an invoice is generated, the invoice amount will be deducted from the available credits and the deducted amount will be displayed as a new entry.

Orders

Any or all changes made in the subscription will be listed here with the following details:-

• Order no. – Any change in the subscription will be recorded as an order number.

• Type – The type of change will be recorded here.

• Order date – The date on which this order was initiated.

• Effective date – The date on which this change was put to practice.

• Status – The final position of this change will be recorded here.

Click on the order no. and you will give receive a brief summary of the order that has been initiated.

Notification Log

This section will display all the notifications made against this particular subscription. This log will display the following details:-

• Notification Type

• Sent Date

• Time

• Subject

• Recipients
