saaslogic is flexible and transparent in all its processes and that's exactly why it gives you several payment methods to choose from when it comes to making payments against its invoices and bills.
Payments are an important factor of any business or enterprise and it is one area that needs to be handled with a lot of care and security as it involves the most valued material possession of any human being, money or funds.
saaslogic can assure you safety of all your financial transactions as we are integrated with popular and credible payment platforms. Here, all payments you make with saaslogic will be safe and secure. Thus, making payments is no more a hassle in saaslogic and all you need to do is pick your right method and go ahead with your payment.
The different methods offered by saaslogic are:-
Manual - Here, you will receive a payment link via email alerting you about a payment that is due. Both the merchant and customer can make their respective payment using this link. Since the method is manual, there is no need to add the card details.
There are three instances to make the manual payment.
In an email message with a payment link when the payment is due
Using the Pay Now button within the invoice that will be mailed to you
Using the Pay Now option displayed in the ellipse against each of the listed invoices/bills.
In the manual method, it is only necessary to add the card details if you plan to use the Pay Now option from the ellipse against each of the listed invoices/bills.
The pay now option within the invoice allows you to make single payment against a subscription as well as a single payment against multiple subscriptions.
Here, you can make the payment using the Set-up Auto Pay method or One Time Quick Payment. This can be done either using Card or ACH.
Autopay - This can be selected as the chosen payment method by enabling the Autopay button. Here, several payment method options for doing the Autopay will be displayed. However, these are likely to change according to the payment gateway that is integrated. Card details will be collected in this method.
Card – To add card as your preferred payment method you will need to give the following details:-
Once this is done, it means that you have authorized saaslogic to charge your card for future payments in accordance with their terms.
ACH or Automated Clearing House - This is a US financial network used for electronic payments and money transfers. It is a way to transfer money from one bank account to another without using paper checks, credit card networks, wire transfers, or cash.
Once you choose ACH as your desired payment method, you will be connected to the respective integrated payment gateway. Complete the steps that follow and you will now have added ACH as your mode of payment.
A merchant can covert his autopay payment method to offline or manual methods. However, he/she cannot change to autopay from offline or manual.
A customer can change from autopay to manual and manual to autopay, but he cannot chang to offline from any mode.
Offline - This is another payment method that saaslogic offers its merchants and its customers. Here, you can make the payment against your subscription by cash and it will be marked as paid as soon as it is received. This feature is available exclusively to the merchant.
