What's in the customer's subscription?

Viola! Your customer’s subscription is finally ready-to-use and now you may want to see how it looks and feels. You will also get to understand the various features and resources that you have attached to it.

Here, you get to make any last minute changes towards this subscription so that it is just the way you have visualized it.

So, let’s dive into it to understand what it holds for us.

Understanding the subscription

Navigate to the customer menu

All the customers will be listed here along with their details like the customer name, their subscriptions, address and default contact.

Click on the subscription’s hyperlink, to access the various subscriptions of a specific customer.

Now, you will enter into the subscription page where you can view all the various subscriptions of the specific customer along with their status and the new subscription tile.

Click on a specific subscription and the subscription profile page will open up.

Switching Subscriptions

In the Subscription Profile Screen, use the subscription name dropdown to switch between subscriptions. Selecting a subscription displays relevant details.

Managing Subscriptions

The ‘Manage’ dropdown, allows you to avail the various options:-

  • Change Subscription Name

  • Change Quantity

  • Change Billing Frequency

  • Change Plan

  • Unsubscribe
