List your contacts
Every organization will have a certain point of contact who will be considered for all communications related to that organization. Listing out your contacts will help us to communicate with you easily, smoothly and transparently. Here too we need such a point-of-contact and this can be added from the Contact tab in the Account menu. In this section too, you can add all your required contacts but only one contact from the list can be set as the default contact. This default contact will be the key point-of-contact for your organization. Additionally, for all your integration purposes too only this default contact will be considered.
So, why wait, start adding your contacts and set the ball rolling.
HOW TO ADD A NEW CONTACT?
Click on the +New Contact button.
Enter your contact's details like:- First Name, Last Name, E-mail, and Contact Number.
You can add all your contacts here, but you can choose only one of them as your default contact point.
Once you add all the details of your different contacts, click on Save.
The default contact will appear on top of the list and he/she will be the person who will receive all communications from saaslogic. Also, it will be from this address that your customers will receive all your communications.
The default point-of-contact will be in charge of all the merchant's integration tasks.
All the saved contacts will be listed under Contacts.
Each of these contacts can be edited in the future using the Edit icon against each contact. Even the default contacts can be changed at any point of time using this edit icon.
Once you have saved the details of all your contacts you can search for a particular contact by using the Filter icon.
Use the filter icon to screen your contacts based on ‘Name’, ‘E-mail’ and ‘Contact Number’. You can search for your required contacts by using all the above parameters or any combination of parameters as per your desire. After keying in the required details, you can click on ‘Filter’ to get the result of your search.
