Customer Account

This is a digital record that contains information about the customer

A customer account contains information about the customer that has subscribed to saaslogic's products or services. Customer accounts play a central role in managing the customer relationship and subscription details. The customer account provides easy access to their subscription details, payment history, and account settings.

This tab will give all the details of the customer, including their address, logo image and icon image.

Addresses

In this tab all the different addresses of the customer will be listed. In case you want to add a new address, that is also possible using the +New Address tab.

Enter all the required details in the flyout. Here, you also have the option to set the address as the default one. It is only the default address that will appear on the subsequent invoices to the customer. Finally, click on Save and the new address will be now listed in the Addresses tab.

All the listed addresses can be edited using the Edit icon placed against each of these addresses. While editing, you can once again choose that particular address to be the default address. Only the default address will appear on future invoices and each customer can have only one default address.

Make the required editing for the address and then click on SAVE to update the changes.

Delete a listed address

To delete a listed address, you need to click on the Delete icon displayed against each of the address.

Contacts

To add a new contact

Click on the +New Contact button.

Enter the required information on the form. If applicable, you can set this contact as the default address. This will send all notifications for this customer to this email address. Each customer can have only one default contact detail. Click Save after keying in the required details and now the newly added contact will be listed in the Contacts tab.

Each of these contact can be edited using the Edit icon placed against each of the listed contact.

Enter the information on the form that pops up. If applicable, you can set this contact as the default one. Once this is done, all notifications for this customer will be send to this email address. However, you can have only one default contact address. Click on Save to update the changes that are made.

To delete a particular contact, click on the Delete icon against the contact and confirm Yes on the popout window.

A customer account should have atleast one default contact or address that is listed and this cannot be deleted.
