Securely sync your account with QuickBooks

Integrate with QuickBooks for streamlined accounting process

Configure with QuickBooks to synchronise your invoices so that QB will maintain a record of the invoices you sent, and the payment you receive from your customers.

With this integration you can achieve the following:-

1. Automatic synchronization of invoices: When you create / generate an invoice in saaslogic, it will be automatically synced to QuickBooks, ensuring that your records are always up-to-date.

2. Real-time payment updates: When a customer pays an invoice in saaslogic, the payment will be automatically recorded in QuickBooks, so you always have a clear and accurate view of your finances.

3. Customer data synchronization: Customer information entered in saaslogic will be automatically synchronized in QuickBooks, ensuring that you have consistent and up-to-date records across both systems.

4. Streamlines accounting: QuickBooks integration ensures that all your subscription billing and payment information is up-to-date and accurately reflected in your accounting records, making it easier to manage your finances.

Setting up QuickBooks integration is easy. Here's how to get started...

Navigate into the integrations page and click on the QuickBooks tile that saaslogic provides to help you make your integration with QuickBooks.

You will be led to a page that will help you get started with your QuickBook integration. Click on the New QuickBook integration tile to begin the process.

A flyout asking the following details will show up:-

Integration Name, Client ID, Client Secret, Webhook Token. These have to be created by logging into the QuickBooks site (developer.intuit.com/app/developer/dashboard).

Once you are done with this, click on Save and now you will be redirected to an external site that will help you complete the integration process.

Once the integration is done, you will see a new tile that represents the integration with QuickBooks that you just created. This will show an Enabled status which means that all your accounting activities are now integrated with QuickBooks.

During the integration process, the merchant will map all their customers with those at QBs. If one of your customers has already been found in QB, you can link this customer from its profile page to ensure that only one record of this customer is created and thus duplication is avoided. In case you do not do the linking, the account will be considered as a new customer.

To ensure that the integration process is up and running, the merchant will have to enable custom fields and custom transaction numbers displayed in the Sales section of Account and Settings in the QB website. This should be done after creating the app which will then be linked to QBs. During this process the invoice number will get reflected in QBs. This is an important step in integration that ought not to be missed even though it is not explicitly mentioned in QBs.

Create a product in QBs and then link it to a product in Saaslogic
