Non-Usage Fixed Pricing Plan

Here the pricing is fixed and will not vary with usage

Here, the pricing will be fixed and will happen on a recurring basis. To define the pricing for this plan, you can do the following:-

  • Label: Provide a brief label or description for this recurring pricing component.

  • Price: Enter the fixed price of the subscription.

  • Frequency: Specify how often the subscription will recur (e.g., monthly, annually).

ONE-TIME PRICING SECTION

  • Label: Add a label or description for this one-time pricing component.

  • Price: Enter the one-time price for additional services, if applicable.

  • Click Create Plan to save and create your Fixed Pricing Plan.

  • Click Back to return to the previous page without saving changes.

Congratulations! You have now successfully created a Fixed Pricing Plan.

  • Once the plan has been created, you can go ahead and publish it using the Publish Plan button.

  • At this point you can add the necessary Resources and Features to this plan before you plan to publish it.

ADD, MANAGE RESOURCES

  • Click on the Add Resource button

  • Select a resource from the dropdown menu

  • Enter the quantity and unit for the selected resource

  • Click Save to add the resource to the plan or Cancel to discard the changes

ADDING MULTIPLE RESOURCES

  • Click + Add Row to add multiple resources to the plan. Repeat the process above for each resource.

ADDING NEW RESOURCES

  • If the desired resource is not available in the dropdown, click +Add New Resource.

  • In the flyout, enter the Parameter and select the Calculation Type from the dropdown menu.

  • Check Is Unit Level Enforceable? if applicable.

  • Check Is Decimal Allowed? if the resource quantity can be in decimal.

  • Click Save to add the new resource to the dropdown menu for future use.

TO ADD, MANAGE FEATURES

  • Choose the feature that you would like to add from the drop-down menu

  • In this manner, you can add multiple features.

  • In case the feature of your choice is not available in the drop down, click +Add New Feature.

  • A flyout will appear in which you can create a new feature.

  • Here you can give the new feature a name and description and then save it.

  • This new feature will now appear in the drop-down menu and you can add it to this pricing plan.

  • Now you have created the pricing plan for your resource and added the necessary resources and features to it. This plan is now ready to be published.

  • Click on the Publish Plan button to publish it.
