Use coupon codes that empower your customers to enjoy discounts on their transactions.

In saaslogic, coupons are a way of providing discounts to a subscription. You can offer discounts to your customers using these coupons. saaslogic coupons will have unique codes and customers can avail discounts by entering these coupon codes while subscribing to the product.

saaslogic allows you to use these coupons at any stage in the subscription lifecycle and the discounts will be applicable to subsequent invoices.

The different stages during which the coupon can be applied are:-

• At the time of creating a New Subscription.

• While making changes in a subscription (that is, change plan, quantity or frequency).

• To an existing subscription.

saaslogic offers two types of coupons – Fixed amount coupons or Percentage coupons.

Fixed amount coupons - This can be used to provide discounts of specific amount from the gross amount in an invoice.

Percentage coupons - This will provide discount in percentage from the gross amount in an invoice.

The coupons can also be created and applied to a specific customer or to all your customers (Public). Also, you can choose the specific products and plans against which you wish to apply this particular coupon. You can choose multiple products and different plans for this purpose.

CREATING A NEW COUPON

Click on +New Coupon and fill the details in the flyout that is displayed.

The different categories in the flyout are:- General, Discount, Products, Summary
