Can we have your billing address

This is important for communication purposes

Billing address is the shipping address to which saaslogic will send you their bills or invoices. You can add all your different addresses here. All these addresses will be listed in the Service Address section too.

Among all the added addresses only one can be considered as your default address. This default address will be considered as your billing address by saaslogic. All your bills will be based on this default address and sent to this address alone. Here are few more you should know...!

All the addresses that you have added here can also be considered as the service location for your products.

For example, if you have two offices in America, one in Ohio and Kentucky, you can add both these addresses to your account. Now, suppose, you have created a product and decided to choose Ohio as the service location for this product. In such a case, all your bills and invoices for this product will be generated against this Ohio address. You can do this by setting your billing address as the service address in the product level. (This will be discussed in detail during the products preparation module.)

It is here that you can add all your basic details which will inturn get reflected as your address in the Info section that we discussed earlier. The basic details can be added by clicking on +New Address. These details will be listed under Name, City, State, Country’, 'Is Default'.

Name - Give the name of your organization here

City - Here, you can mention the city in which this organization is located.

State - The state can be mentioned here

Country - Finally, the country should also be mentioned

Is Default - Here you can choose the address that you want as your default one

HOW TO ADD NEW ADDRESS?

  • Click on +New Address

  • You will be guided to the Add Address page where you will have to furnish different details of you company like:- Name, Address, Country, State, City and Zip.

  • If your company has offices located in different parts of the globe you can add all those different addresses here and select the one in which you want to have all your transactions and communications as the default address by clicking on Set as default.

  • Finally, click on Save

  • Now all the details will be listed in the Account/Address tab.

The listed addresses can be edited or deleted in the future using the Delete and Edit icons placed against each address.

You can also filter the addresses that you want to view by clicking on the Filter icon and entering the required details.
