Customer Notifications

New User

Trigger: - When a user is created or clicks on the “Send Invitation Again” button from the user profile page

Purpose: - This notification is sent to invite you to our portal. It includes important information like the URL, your username, and a temporary password. Welcome aboard!

New Subscription

Trigger: - When a subscription is created with an effective date today or in the future.

Purpose: - We're excited to inform you about your new subscription! This notification provides details about your subscription and a warm greeting from our team.

Payment Reminder

Trigger: - When an invoice is generated for a subscription with manual payment.

Purpose: - This notification reminds you about an upcoming payment. It also explains the consequences of non-payment. Keep your subscription active by paying your invoice on time!

Payment Success

Trigger: - When an invoice is successfully paid through the payment gateway (manual or autopay).

Purpose: - We're delighted to inform you that your payment was successful. Thank you for your prompt payment!

Payment Failed

Trigger: - When a payment attempt via the payment gateway fails.

Purpose: - Unfortunately, your payment has failed. Please take the necessary actions to pay the invoice and maintain an active subscription.

Payment Retry Alert

Trigger: - Sent after two days (configurable) of payment failure via the payment gateway if the invoice is still unpaid.

Purpose: - This is a reminder that we will attempt to process your payment again. Please ensure your payment method is updated.

Payment Collection Reminder

Trigger: - Sent before invoice generation (except the first invoice) for a subscription registered for autopay.

Purpose: - Before your payment is automatically charged to the payment method, we want to remind you of the upcoming charge on your registered payment method.

Payment Via Link

Trigger: - When you click on the "Payment via Link" button on the invoice.

Purpose: - You can use this option to send the payment link to an email address. The email recipient can then pay the invoice through the provided link.

Trial Auto Upgrade Reminder

Trigger: - When a trial subscription is about to upgrade to a paid subscription (if enabled).

Purpose: - We're reminding you about the exciting upgrade from your trial subscription to a full-fledged subscription. Welcome to the next level!

Trial Expiration Reminder

Trigger: - When a trial subscription is about to expire (if auto-upgrade is disabled).

Purpose: - This notification alerts you about the impending expiration of your trial subscription. Take action to continue enjoying our services!

Change Password

Trigger: - When you click on the "Change Password" button on your user profile.

Purpose: - You have the option to change your password for added security and control.

Force Change Password

Trigger: - When a merchant user requests you to change your password.

Purpose: - For security reasons, we are requesting you to change your password during your next login.

Forgot password

Trigger: - When you click on the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen.

Purpose: - If you forget your password, don't worry. We'll send you an email with instructions to reset it, including a temporary password.
