Reliable payment gateway for online payments

When it comes to working out online payments, everyone wants to be associated with a payment gateway that is quick, inexpensive and safe. Razorpay is one such payment gateway that is mostly affordable to Indian customers. Since its inception, it has acquired a long list of clientele that vouches for its credibility and reliability. saaslogic too has adopted this payment gateway for its sheer ease-of-use and dependability.

To start your association with Razorpay you need to register with it after which, you will get the following:-

  • Integration Name

  • Razorpay Merchant ID

  • Key ID

  • Key Secret

  • Webhook Secret.

Using these details you can easily integrate with Razorpay so that it can be considered as your preferred payment gateway through which your customers can make their payments to you.

Click on the +New Razorpay Payment Gateway Integration and enter the above details that you received after the registration process.

Once the registration is complete, a new tile representing this registration and with an Enabled sign will appear on the screen.

The Enabled sign indicates that this payment gateway is available to be linked with the merchant’s products.

By clicking on Disable, it will no longer be available for linking to the your products.

Thus, this integrated payment gateway can be linked by clicking on the Integration Linking icon found against the service address of each of your products.

A flyout will appear where you can key-in the details of this integration.

Here, you can select the Type of Integration and the Integration Name.

Thus, you can add the different types of integration.

However, while linking the integration, you can add only one integration type for each service address.

Once the integration is linked to the service address of each of your product, the customer can make the payment against the invoice.

This payment against the invoice can happen only after the customer’s preferred mode of payment is chosen. You can add this payment method for the customer or the customer can do this on his own.

Once the payment method is added, the invoice against the subscription becomes available for payment. If the customer has made the payment, you can enable the Mark As Paid option against the invoice.

At this stage you can enter the details of the invoice like Payment Date, Payment Mode (Bank / Cash / Card), Reference Number, Remarks. Now, save these details and now the status of the invoice will now show the Received status.

For the customer to make the payment, the Pay Now option will be seen as active. After the customer makes the payment, you will have to enable the Mark As Paid option which will change the status of the invoice from Pending to Received.
