How to set it up?

Experience a clutter-free dashboard with saaslogic

All the different dashboards that you have created will be listed here and you can search for the one that you are looking for using the search bar located in the right-hand corner.

The different dashboards that you have created or will create will be listed in the home page.

You can switch and view your desired dashboard using the search bar located here.

You can create a new dashboard using the + create new dashboard.

Name your dashboard here. Set it as your default one as per your choice.

After you have confirmed your choice, you can customize this dashboard by setting the time period and adding the required widgets.

Click on +widgets to add the required widgets.

Saaslogic provides you the following widgets to set your dashboard.

Simple Chart Widget, Total Recurring Revenue Widget, KPI Widget, Invoice Aging Widget.

Click Add to Dashboard’ against the widget of your choice.

Simple Chart Widget – Here, data is displayed in a visual format, such as a bar chart, line chart, pie chart, or scatter plot. This widget is easy-to-use and can be customized, and typically requires minimal setup and configuration.

To add this widget, you need to select the product to which you want to apply this widget, the time period during which you want to see the result or activity of this product, the expected report that needs to be generated and the type of chart that will be used to show the activity.

Product – This will list the products to which this widget can be applied.

Period – Here, you can select the time period during which you need to see the activity for this product. Here, a pre-defined list of the time periods will be listed and you can make your choice. In case of a customised time period, get in touch with our Customer Support.

Reporting Type of Chart – This will give you the expected report of the product that you wish to view for the defined time period.

The pre-defined list includes – ARPA, MRR, Recognized Revenue, Deferred Revenue, Churn, Back Log.

Chart Type – Here, you can choose the type of chart that can be used to view the desired result or report. The chart types included in the list are:- Bar Chart, Line Chart, Pie Chart, Radar Chart.

Make these choices and the selected widget gets applied to your dashboard.

Total Recurring Revenue Widget – This displays the total amount of revenue generated from ongoing or recurring subscriptions. It provides an at-a-glance view of the total amount of recurring revenue generated by a product or subscription.

To add this widget, select the product to which you want to apply this widget along with the time period.

KPI Widget – This displays one or more key performance metrics or indicators related to a particular product or subscription. It provides a clear and concise view of performance and allow users to quickly identify areas that require attention or action.

To add this widget to your dashboard, choose the product and the KPI type against which the widget should be applied. The pre-defined list of KPIs include – Active Subscriptions, New Subscriptions, Cancelled Subscriptions, Pending Invoices, Total MRR.

Invoice Aging Widget – This displays the age of outstanding invoices, typically sorted by the length of time that has elapsed since the invoice was issued. It helps to monitor the status of the invoices, identify overdue payments, and take action to improve cash flow.

Since this widget is related to ageing invoices, to add this, you need to select the customer and his product against which we need this particular report.

Finally, after you have chosen the desired widgets, it will be applied to your dashboard.
