My subscriptions

View and manage all your subscriptions!

Upon accessing the My Subscription Page, you'll find a comprehensive view of all your subscribed plans.

In the top left corner, you will see:-

  • Bills with its various status - Pending or Paid

  • Displays the total number of pending invoices.

  • Total Outstanding Amount (Bills yet to be paid)

Search Option

Utilize the search option to find specific subscriptions by their names.

New Subscription

Click on the ‘+ New Subscription’ button to create a new subscription.

Subscription Details

Each subscription listed on the page contains the following information:-

Current Status - Indicates the status of the subscription (e.g., Active, Past Due, Payment Due, Expired, Unsubscribed).

Next Invoice Date - Displays when the subscription will renew, and the next billing cycle starts.

Billing Cycle - Shows the current billing cycle used for this invoice.

Invoice Pending - Represents the total number of pending invoices.

Total Due - Reflects the total pending amount to be paid as part of the subscription.

Pay Now Link - Appears only if there is an outstanding amount to be paid. Clicking it will redirect you to the payment process.

If there are no pending invoices, the subscription will display ‘Paid’ and ‘Total Due: No Dues.’

Manage Dropdown

Each subscription has a Manage dropdown with the following options:

  • Change Billing Frequency - Modify the frequency of billing for the subscription.

  • Manage Add-ons - Access and manage any additional features or services associated with the subscription.

  • Change Plan - Modify the current subscription plan.

  • Unsubscribe - Opt to unsubscribe from the current subscription.

These options provide you with the flexibility to customize and manage your subscriptions according to your needs.

On clicking on the particular subscription name will take you to the subscription profile view which is same as the profile view which we see from merchant login (Already documented). Credit tab will not be available for customer.
