Add recipients in addition to your customer

Saaslogic allows your customers to choose any additional recipients to receive the notifications for any of the events that happens during the lifecycle of a subscription. This can be managed through the Manage Recipient option that is available for each subscription.

Against each of the listed notification, the customer can add the recipients whom he wishes should receive the notifications along with him. These contacts can be saved for each notification.

The following are the events for which you can manage your recipients:-

Collection Reminder – Here, the customer gets to add recipients such that they too are notified along with the customer about upcoming subscription payments.

New Subscription – Add an recipient so that they too receive the notification each time a new subscription is created.

Payment Failed – Here, the added recipients receive notification about failed payments against an invoice.

Payment Reminder – Here, recipients are notified along with the customer each time an invoice is generated.

Payment Retry Alert – The added recipient will also receive the alert of a failed payment such that the customer can make a new attempt to complete the payment.

Payment Success – This notification is send to the customer and the added recipients about the successful payment against an invoice.

Payment via Link – Here, the customer and the added recipient will receive the notification to pay the invoice via a payment link.

Renewal Reminder – This will notify customers and their recipients about the payment that they will have to make on their upcoming subscription.

Subscription Expired – This will notify the customer as well as the added recipient via email about an expired subscription within 1 – 180 days after the subscription has expired.
